It's gonna be 30x50' with a 5' approach with 3 10'x10' doors 2 of them will be a drive thru and a 3/0 man door. Part will be shop and part Man Cave/ Loading room. Man cave will have sink & toilet, no shower in this one. They will pour the pad next Thursday, progressing nicely. Looks great! I'm thinking about adding a shop. What's the approximate cost per foot? I heard concrete has gone up a bunch. $7.75 per square ft. I'll share contact info of the guy that did mine. Very professional and knows his stuff.

Looks good John. Might as well get rid of the tree by the pad now. It will be in the way when you add a lean to on that side. Once the walls are up I'll figure out the trees. The couple in the front I kinda want to keep for looks. Oklahoma has lots of trees if they gotta go it will be fine.

Looking good. The only thing mine doesn’t have is a sink and toilet. The wife came down with a firm no on that, she said if it had that she would never see me in the house.
