I used this recipe this weekend on a pork butt. I used the exact seasonings he said to use and man! I’ve never eaten a better pulled pork taco. I also used the exact hot sauce and cheese he recommended. I also went to his site and found his pico recipe and made that to go on the tacos. It was F-Ing delicious.
