Anyone have a recommendation on a buyers agent in Conroe? Any experience with condo’s at the lake? Considering buying something there to live in while working in Houston and try to VRBO it on the weekends, weekdays I’m not there.

My wife has sold a few properties in Conroe. She has one under contract out there now. PM me if you want her info.

A lot of the condos on the lake offer property maintenance type agreements for AirBNB/VRBO rentals

Are you going to commute from Conroe in Houston proper daily?

My primary customer is in Spring, another downtown and another south of I-10/BW-8 area. I get paid mileage, so driving distances aren't a concern. My objective is to get something I can use on weekdays and rent on weekends. Given Spring is my primary, Lake Conroe seems to be the best option, IMHO, I'm open to alternative ideas.

Yeah, being paid mileage helps with that commute, especially going to the west side of town.
