I don’t care for a super liquidity saucy spaghetti, prefer the meat and veggies! HEB garlic and herb sauce, ground venison(50/50brisket) fine chopped carrot, jalapeño, onion, basil, and banana pepper. Finished with fresh banana pepper as I didn’t have green onion.

I’m the opposite love the sauce, but I’d eat it that way too. A few hearty shakes of Louisiana hot sauce on top of spaghetti is good.
It's hell eatin em live

I’m the opposite love the sauce, but I’d eat it that way too. A few hearty shakes of Louisiana hot sauce on top of spaghetti is good. Only if your looking for slicking it up, In that case a little butter or olive oil. Three jalapeños went into it, two hot banana peppers and topped with slices of a sweet banana pepper. Trust me, it had the spice!

X2. Something about jalapeños & hot sauce in spaghetti really makes it good.

I like a thicker sauce, and then I dust mine with Tony's once I get it in my bowl.
