Need one 5lbs, 16" barrel. I've seen them here and there but can't remember exactly. Kinda pricey but I'm trying to kill two birds with one stone.
Do not want to build my own.

Do not want to build my own. You are only able to lift 5lbs?

I don’t know the weight, but my retired duty rifle was extremely light, it’s a Modern Carbine. I’ve been exceptionally happy with its performance

Forgot to mention, I need to be able to use a suppressor. The Faxon's muzzle brake is integral, very cool but it won't come off.

Please don’t mount a 3lb Hubble telescope on it. Might throw off the balance.

Don't you strictly shoot from a bench with a fancy rest anyway? I've never seen a range pic from you that didn't have some contraption that supports your entire rifle. Why the strict weight requirement?

1. Lower 2. Trigger 3. Parts kit? 4. Barrel 5. Handguard
What else?

Upper: Stripped Upper Receiver Forward Assist Dust Cover Assembly (or just buy a "complete" stripped upper that the Forward Assist and Dust Cover are already installed) Barrel Rail Gas Block Gas Tube Muzzle Device Bolt Carrier Group Charging Handle
Lower: Stripped Lower Receiver Lower Parts Kit (get one without the fire control group since you're using a drop in trigger) Grip (if your lower parts kit doesn't come with one or if you want a different one than the A2) Buffer Tube Buffer Spring Buffer Mag

Thanks Kyle, AGAIN, Yes, I went on Wilson Combats website and saw AAALL the parts I left off Last year I was going to build an upper and put it on a lower that I already had. I priced out the individual components with a WC barrel and BCG. Turns out, it was about the same price to just buy a complete upper from WC with all WC parts. You might just look into that. Not sure about the weight.

Yep. BCM products are hard to beat for a serious rifle.

Not sure about the weight. Yep Buzz any time. Yea, sometimes after adding up all the parts you can definitely get a premade upper. 1 I just enjoy building them and 2 I get it exactly the way I want it with curating every part individually over a prebuilt one. Disclaimer a premade/factor built gun is always going to have better resale value than a garage built one unless you just find that one person that is looking for exactly what you built. And knowing Buzz, resale is a huge factor

one word…Seekins, that was a good one wasn’t it. I almost bought it back, but, I want to suppress this one. The Seekins was P&W, 14.5 barrel. I think buying one already made. Really don't want to go $2500 for a W.C. I'm trying to pay for a hunt too. This is basically going to be for home defense (thus the can) can you suppress an AR pistol?
