Any suggestions for recipes?
We ran through the cow from earlier this year. Smoked, grilled, fried, etc. - was all better than store-bought beef.
3 more coming this weekend and I need new ideas!
All help/suggestions is greatly appreciated.

For some reason Osso Buco came to mind. I’d eat it Nilgai osso buco. With a side of quail legs. Hmmmm. May have to try this, first cold snap we get.
