I don't recall seeing him at all in the 2021-2022 season.

Is it too early for age/score?

You sure? Kicker on same g2, right antler goes up more than out, left antler goes out more than up. Right g1 is taller than left g1.

Browtines start way higher up on the MB on last years photos vs this year. Age class looks younger this year. MB tips do not curl up and in like last year. MBs are higher up this year than last year. Buck is narrower this year.

This years deer looks younger than last years. It may be the same deer, if not there’s more than one with the same antler traits.

Not sure, but it does illustrate the effect of adverse range conditions. I noticed in the past drought about 10 years ago that antler growth wasn't effected, while body weight seemed to take the big hit. The recent buck needs a sandwich, but rack seems to be on track.

An unethical shot is one you take, that you know you shouldn't.

That kicker is pretty unique, but he does look a bit leaner in this year's photos. If you've been feeding protein all year I'd suggest it is baby brother. If not, then maybe he is just skinny due to the drought conditions.

We fees protien all year, but they blow through 300lbs so fast that it's actually empty half the time. I still think it's the same deer. Maybe on the decline? Would that explain the skinny look and the shorter spread?

What's that stuff on the ground in the first picture? nuts

Regardless if it is the same or not, two cool deer. I think it's the same one...the kicker and the brows is what make me say that. wink

Same deer, left brow is a dead give away. Kickers come and go but the brow well smile

IMO, with out any scares or other unique markings it’s hard to tell

Methinks same also. Over the next couple of months, said deer will bulk up and look more mature.

After further review and I really don’t want to start agreeing with Bobo, I’d like to change my answer grin
