Oh my! I like that he kept the checkering fairly simple vs. a bunch of the scroll work some do.

Oh my! I like that he kept the checkering fairly simple vs. a bunch of the scroll work some do. Overall the fluer de lis stuff is an American gun thing. The Austrian and Germans do some elaborate stuff as well. This gun above is stocked in the English style, so rather subdued and executed as well as can be.
