I eat fresh eggs from the coop 5-7 days a week. Who else does this?

We do. A neighbor’s chickens produce more eggs than they can eat, so they give us a bunch. Much appreciated. The other neighbor lost his hens and egg production. He says the noisy rooster is starting to look tasty.

I've had chickens in the past but not currently.
Fresh eggs are better.

I used to run eggs around to all the neighbors until a fox cut our flock down by 2/3rds.

I love me some fresh eggs and would like to eat them a lot more. For some reason I have programmed myself to eat Oatmeal with Cinnamon, blueberries for breakfast Mon-Fri and Cheerios on Saturday, Sunday is my breakfast with eggs day and yes prefer fresh ones up

The wife and I had Omelet's from Cindy's last night but I doubt the eggs were fresh/free range. grin

Our chickens are 3 weeks old at the moment. Soon we'll be having fresh eggs. Can't wait.

I do. Get close to 2 dozen eggs/day right now. Was selling, now just giving them away.

Have 10 more young hens and 15 ducks growing too that aren't laying yet. About to be covered in chicken & duck eggs.

We do; we have chickens and guineas can just about stay ahead of them when they're producing at their peak. Luv 'em!

Have a close friend who has chickens, but she lives quite a ways away. Whenever she comes to visit, she'll bring me about 4 dozen. I'll eat eggs almost every day until they are gone. Farm fresh eggs have that thick creamy, dark yolk that you can't get from the store. It's a waste of such a delicious egg to scramble it. Gotta be fried over easy, poached, or soft boiled.

We get fresh eggs daily. Some days more than others. My wife is down to 4 layers because of predators. She has 14 chicks that should start laying in the fall.

Yessir, love me some fresh eggs straight from the hen-boxes - never refrigerated! Have a couple every morning.
I also prefer the taste of fresh-eggs hardboiled - in a Dash egg-steamer, 6 at a time. These we keep a stock of in the fridge.

We try to produce as many groceries as possible, fresh eggs being one. Can't imagine having to buy every single thing I consume. Everything is waaaay better than what you buy at the store also, whether it be vegetables, beef, pork, honey or eggs etc.

I love them, but the wife will not even try one. The hawks that nest in the tree above the chicken coop terrorized mine so bad they quit laying. I finally gave them to a friend and and get fresh when I can find them.

And once you know, you know

Those stone white eggs took extra to make them that way, little extra poison honestly

The yolk I have is deep yellow vs a pale yellow store bought

A pen raised chicken will lay 2 eggs a day, a farm raised, free range chicken won't...maybe 1 if you're lucky lol

Poison free eggs, from my house

Notice the colors, not a single stone washed white in them
