The jerky at the TAMU Rosenthal Meat Market is my favorite. Also have great snack sticks.

Old Trapper is hands down the best, I’ve tried them all. Hot is my favorite but black pepper is solid as well.

Hudbone makes great jerky. Other than that Brookshires has a house brand jerky that I like and it isn’t crazy expensive.

Oma’s is the best. It’s priced accordingly, too. Yep, thts definitely a good one, like old trapper as well. Dutchmans in Fredricksburg still makes good hill country style. 'Berf jerky' ?
doesn't sound very appetizing! Always one in the crowd.
