I am selling a 300WSM, Winchester Mod 70 Extreme Weather SS, will come with a 20moa pic rail. It will be available July 22nd if you are interested and or still have not found one by then. I want $800 to fund a new scope.

Toney198, FYI for your dad and potential buyer if not already aware. https://faq.sll.texas.gov/questions/44008The buyer lives in a different state. 18 U.S. Code 922(a)(3) and 922(a)(5) prohibits private sales across state lines. See these FAQ pages from the ATF for information about what makes someone a "resident" in a state and for information about people who have a home in more than one state. If private sellers want to make a sale across state lines, they must get help from an FFL dealer in the state where the buyer lives.
