I see there are a few Cajuns restaurants, I need the best in the area. Food wise.

GoGo Gumbo in Boyd, TX is some if the best food I've had. Only open 4 or so nights weekly though and always crowded.

Torres is ok. I haven't been in a while because they kept a 50% occupancy long after all the BS was lifted, made you wait outside, and service was slower than average. We used to go every friday. It may be back to normal now. If you go, beef steak encobollado. Order the fresh spicy green salsa. Also, with any meal, ask for the potatoes instead of rice. Those are good.
I like Ville Grande north of town. Extra spicy salsa and birria tacos are fantastic.
Sweetie pies is over rated. They should turn it in to a Babe's as they are the same owners.
Frilly's is horrible. Don't waste your time....same with Catfish O'harlies.
State St pizza isn't a bad choice either.
