It's not just new trucks either although I assume there is a lot more to go haywire.
I had a 99 F250 with the 7.3 diesel. Hunting Antelope in Wyoming, came to the top of a Plateau about level with some power lines off to the left and lost all throttle control until I idled back down off the hill. Ranch owner told me it would happen, I didn't believe him.
