First stab at using Chuck for burnt ends, so I kept it simple. I cubed the chuck first because I like lots of bark. Smoked it for 2 hours at 250* (internal was right at 170*) , then put the cubes in a foil pan slathered with BBQ/worcestershire sauce mixture, covered pan with foil, back into smoker for 2 hours. It really was that simple, and it was very tasty. I'll do it again for sure.

Awesomeness right there. I made those a while back and though they were just "OK". Not even close to brisket burnt ends though. IMO........ Chuck roasts belong in a crock pot with potatoes, carrots and onions.

We have started using large chuck roasts instead of brisket. Being just 3 of us, we can get 2 meals off a chuck, and cook time is under 8 hours.
