it's Texas, we are in "optimal" conditions majority of the time. If they are energy positive a majority of the time and store that in power walls the factory should remain self-sufficient.

Yes, that place is massive. On a side note, how do you keep rain from flooding when it drains off the roof? How do you properly divert that much roof water?

Storm water detention ponds. Regulate the cfm that enters the drain system. Initially calculated in acre feet.
