That place is huge I was setting up temporary communications there a few years back when there was just a few houses They spoke about the place like it was going to be outrageous. It is.

Why no solar fields or wind mills? in the final build there will be enough panels on the roof to power the entire factory....

In “optimal” conditions. it's Texas, we are in "optimal" conditions majority of the time. If they are energy positive a majority of the time and store that in power walls the factory should remain self-sufficient.
