So long as I can stay moa or better at 300 yds on the bench I'm good with that accuracy. I am hired to make the rifle shoot as well as it can shoot.
With that attitude I suspect you'll be neck turning any day

I had some brass that when you swaged the primer pocket it closed up the flash hole 50% since the anvil rests on the inside of the case head and it smashed that metal flat. You can feel it since you get resistance almost right away rather than at the bottom of the stroke when swaging. I have created a pile of shavings just like the one in the first picture. So I look after swaging .223 and run the tool in them all. You sometimes need a simple wrist twist, others its several and it gets old really fast when you get a bunch of crappy military brass. I guess milspec does not care as long as the flash hole was correct initially and it meets its lot acceptance criteria with respect to headspace, bullet weight and velocity.
So yes they do not care about us reloaders.
