What is the best route for registering my lower as SBR? I recently bought a suppresser through my dealer using silencer shop single shot trust and efile. I called silencer shop and they told me I cant use that process for an SBR. of course now that I have a suppressor, I want a shorter barrel. I already have the lower and plan on buying a 12.5" upper for it. I will use the pistol brace until this process is cleared. From what I have read, i will use ATF form 1 efile since I am building it. Will I be better of just getting a NFA trust and using ATF efile form 1. I can then later transfer the suppressor to the NFA trust if needed to consolidate things?

Go the trust route trust me. Lots of slippery slope situations if you’re married or have kids. Mainly hypothetical but why take the chance.
