This Cracker has never had Craklin, had to look it up and I bet it's way good!

I think I saw a Popeyes commercial that they have chicken cracklings. I’m gonna have to look into that. The skin on fried chicken is the icing on the cake!

Ramsey what types of flavors do you like?
What’s good for some may not be good for others. Even salt and pepper is good. A lot of times in LA they use a Cajun seasoning.

I like spicy food, cajun works if not too salty Check out the no salt version of Tony Chachere’s, Seasoning, Cajun, No Salt, 5 oz Then add salt as needed

Fremin's Magic Dust is my favorite, hands down. Nothing like fresh cracklins right out the grease. Season & toss while they're hot. I do wild pork ribs the same way too sometimes. Saw the ribs into short ribs & rinse, fry in lard (or peanut oil) until crispy, season & toss. Talk about good!
