We won't have ripe tomatoes for two more months, but our local greenhouse has them this week. That's like a National Holiday (yeah, believe me, I know Memorial Day is pretty important too!). BLT's in fresh Hoagie rolls are something else.

Beautiful. Most people make the mistake of thinking it's a bacon sandwich with some garnish, but the best ones are tomato sandwiches flavored with bacon.
