Don't you know there's some stuff going on at State Farm HQ in high level meetings.

To be determined

S.F. was the worst of the worst, even before they shot themselves
in the foot... I know it's too much to ask. But, I hope they go the way
of the buggy whip industry..... banana

The fact that they thought it was a good idea to begin with is telling.

There's truth in that, even a closer look at Fox corporate shows they are not far from State Farm on this. Musk was right in saying this ESG crap is "the devil incarnate".

I dropped State Farm in 2003 after being with them for 20+ years. The savings from switching paid for the insurance on my truck. They increased my home insurance by 30% in one year with no claims. Independent agent that can shop multiple companies is the way to go. The rate they gave me in 2003 was higher then what I pay today.

I was thinking of doing the same thing.

Call a Farm Bureau agent in your area. Get a quote.

I had Farm Bureau for decades. Got tired of the high price and checked out AARP. Never had a claim with them but the prices are about half of what FB was charging.

Had Farm Bureau in Gillespie County, great guy. Sold and bought in Kimble County. The agent in Kimble never bothered to meet me; busy, busy, busy. Personality of a dead duck on the phone. I switched to Hud on here.

If your home/auto is paid for you can ask for quotes on higher deductibles. Then you will have options and determine the level of risk you want.

I have had two large claims with Farm Bureau.

They backed up and dumped large truck loads of money and solved my problems.

USAA actually pushed to me to FB. Now I have to pay two insurance companies. Wasn't very happy about it at the time but FB has done a good job for me.

I'm sure that everybody knows, it ain't about your time with a particular company...
Or if you've had any claims....
Your rates, are set by the over-all claims.
You don't need any claims to raise your rates. Floods, in Ark, will raise your rates in Texas.
Hurricane's on the East coast, will effect your rates...
The one true statement is, "insurance companies, never lose money"....
