I really don’t pay to much attention, since I’m taller than most. Only really notice if a person is taller than me.
While picking up my daughter from college, I was kidding her about having a boyfriend. She said all the guys here are short.
So I started looking and there are a lot of short college aged boys. Almost everyone I saw was probably under 5’10.

My dad is 6’3. I’m 6’5. My brother is 6’3. Both my grandfathers were very large men. With huge hands.
My brothers oldest son goes to college with my daughter and he’s about 5’9.

I’ve read that these younger generations having diminishing levels of testosterone. Who knows what hormones I ingested in the 70s.

Yall think men are getting shorter?
Y’all start paying attention to these younger men.

I don’t know if they’re getting shorter but I sure agree with the having low T. Very few appear to be driven anymore. Be it sports, work, or even chasing women, they don’t seem to care anymore. There is a shocking number of young men who are not sexually active in their 20s. I have no understanding of it.

I don’t know, I have always been a sawed off, and I have lost a little height over the years. Now I’m at 5’7”, my kid is 5’8” and goes to school with plenty of kids 6’ up to 6’-8”. I guess I’m a runt in the family, all others are 6’ and more. Mommas baby pappas maybe? Lol.

The testosterone thing is a whole other deal, I may be the only one of my crowd that doesn’t supplement, and I am plenty active, and never sit still.

My wife commented the other day about how many young men look feminine. She said she's noticed this for a few years and it's getting worse.

We were in a restaurant the other day and there were several high school aged kids there. It was really hard to tell the boys from the girls.

I'm 6'0". I had one half-uncle that was 6'7". When he died, I was the tallest in my family...and then my oldest nephew turned traitor and outgrew me; he's 6'3". Jerk. roflmao So, in my family, no...people aren't getting shorter, they just were never tall.

Hormones in meat grew this generation bigger, taller.
Ranchers have eliminated those, in large part.

Yep a lot of whimpy young guys out there today. When introduced to one and handshaking I feel like I'm shaking hands with a boiled noodle.

I have shaken hands with people like that from kids to 90 year old men, some just don't know any better. There is an Aussie I know that comes by to visit us at work sometimes. When he shows up, you better be ready, that guys has a grip like he77 wont have.
