I just picked up one of these bad boys. Thought it would be nice to have relatively inexpensive trigger time with the 9mm cylinder and then pound some piggies with the 357 Mag. And I just like the idea of 3 different calibers on one revolver frame. I've test fired it and the 9mm is accurate and very recoil friendly (at 42 ounces); the 38 SPL is a bit more accurate and, again, quite pleasant to shoot; the Mag version with hand loaded +P 158 grain bullets definitely lets you know that you have some fire power in your fist. All-in-all, I'm happy with it.

I used to have one pretty similar to that. It was a fun gun. The nine was never as accurate as the 357 I assume because of the slightly undersized bullets. When I would shoot lead 9 mm bullets they would tend to tumble, jacket it's weren't near as bad. I think you'll enjoy it. I also had the 45 convertible and kind of wished I would have kept it at this point, but it was the five and a half inch model instead of the four and three quarter

Gave one just like that to my Son In Law last year. Didn't have the 9mm with it. Pretty cool guns.

I could be picking one up next week which means I'll probably sell my 6.5" too. I acquired a 9X19 cylinder for mine and fitted it but it didn't shoot worth a crap. I think it was because I loaded the ammo pretty soft and the small diameter slow cast bullets just flopped down the bore.

Pass the gravy.
