I am getting off my lease with no where to go so these items are of no use to me any longer. I have priced them, taking into account that they are used but in excellent shape and knowing what it will require for YOU to load them up and move them. I am firm at $6,000 for the whole lot of what is described below. I will not brake this up. One buyer for it all.

There are Two Turkey barrel feeders of unknown condition that you can take also but I have never used them nor can I vouch for their condition or functionality. No pics either. Sorry I forgot.

I have included photos below of the two blinds, two feeders, and surrounding hog panels, t-posts. I also included a couple of photos of the road up to the tower blind. The first 40 yds is a little over grown with some small spindly mesquite that I cut back each year to keep the road/trail clear from puncturing my tires. It’s West Texas. Punctures are always a possibility. After that it’s fairly free of puncture debris. We hoisted this up using a winch on an atv and a come along snuffed down to a tree. I know the blind dealer in San Angelo has/had one of those fancy trailers that elevates up to the side of the blind, you strap it to it and them pull forward and the blind comes down easily. My hunting buddy has used it multiple times. I however never have. The tower is easily detachable fro the blind, just need some tools. The ladder also comes off as well. You’ll notice on one of the tower corners that the base slightly buckled when raising it up. For added peace of mind we braced that corner with some extra footers. I would think that corner could be easily bent back out and re-braced for support if desired. That blind hasn’t moved an inch in the 50-70mph winds it has sustained. It’s stout enough for me, but you choose what you want to do about it.

The ground blind sits on top of a sloped 6 - 8ft pond damn. I drug it up there with my atv and a winch. No reason you couldn’t pull it down off of it with an atv or your truck. I did and would recommend counter balancing the top of the blind as it comes off the slope so it doesn’t flip. There are trees to do so on the opposing side.

Both blind interiors are in good shape. Only negative is the wall carpeting in a spot or two could use some sprayed adhesive glue to restick them to the walls. Other that they are in excellent shape. All floors have thick heavy duty horse stall mats in them. All door locks function. All windows are un-cracked and in perfect operating form.

A date prior agreed upon I will meet you in Rankin, TX. I’ll then drive you to both of the blinds which are about 1,000 yds apart from each other. It’s all good lease roads 95% of the way, the other 5% is as described above. Payment must be received upon arrival. I will show you everything that is yours to take if you so desire. I will not be responsible for moving or loading any of the items for you. Tower blind probably will take an 1-2 hours to disassemble and load. The hound blind less than an hour. All items must be removed by Sunday, July 31st. At that point the I or the landowner will take possession. We can coordinate a time that is best for us to meet up. Yes, the msrp just on the blinds alone is $9,300. MB Ranch King are one of the top two blinds made in my opinion. I figured throwing all of the other stuff in for free was worth it. One because I don't need it and two because it will be a little extra work to take down. Don't feel obligated to take everything. If you just want to cut the bailing wire and take the hog panels leaving the T-posts behind go for it. This isn't a, you have to clean up my hunting spot sale. Nothing of the sort. Take what you want and leave the rest behind if so desired.

Ranch King is the best. I had other blinds including RedNeck Blinds. They advertise bug proof but every season there filled with wasps. I never had that problem with Ranch King. Who ever purchases will have the best blind out there.
