Looks great. I love thick pork chops @ 145°. I would have snapped of the ends of the green beans though. Not good eats.

Love them but kinda hard to cook without drying out. Don’t use a thin cut! Sear on the stove and put the whole pan in the oven for ten minutes. Pull out, put chops on a plate and cover for ten minutes.
