I would say it’s probably a clap/crab combo with a touch of a reoccurring hangover. What exactly are you training for 4 days a week and why don’t you drink water instead of tea?

Same they tell me. Drink more water - not coffee, tea, or alcohol but bottled H2O. One of the big unsung side effects of the vac is itchiness and hives. Seeing this a lot with Moderna, and my hunting partner is dealing with this right now. Allegra to just thru every day and they have her on low histamine, no dairy, no soy, no alcohol, veggies to try to figure it out. She's a cop, works out daily and a competitive cyclist to boot!!

When I got the recent Shingles diagnosis back in late April the GP doc took me off all caffeine drinks. All good ideas from ya'll.
My 4 stents were diagnosed necessary 'cause I was getting really high BP readings regularly. FWIW I had refused to sign the Surgical Form for a Triple Bypass while on the table and after all the mechanical stuff was already up my crotch and into my chest....the Dallas VA Doc had ignored my Pre Op paperwork, it's MY Chest and I'll live with the consequince's is what I told him and all the old farts at Texoma around where I lived back then all had had stents done successfully. Typical Dallas VA Doc Dunno how true this is but I was told it takes a looooong time to to recover to normal coming out of a triple bypass. and only a week or two using stents if you have no complications initially.
Ya got to watch your weight and take the Plavix stuff everyday...but my last XRays showed only a small amount of calcification buildup for the 1st time in over 10 years. Now at 77 I use a dedicated heart guy, the Dpt Head from Mother Francis in Tyler and get a full blown heart exam every 2 years. He's now also treating my pudgy 77 year old wife too, after her stroke now 2 years ago. Good Luck Ron

COVID Long Hauler Could be a blockage, check blood pressure NOW do you take Viagra or a similar med? Flomax? I’m not on any meds, zero. I don’t take anything for ED, at this point the wife is still happy with the 180 seconds I provide once a week

What does your blood pressure run? Are you on any kind of meds?
Just checked that and it’s normal , pulse was too What's "normal"? The only diagnosis you'll get here is if someone experienced the exact symptoms you have and by chance you have the same issue. Second the motion-you do need to get more fluids in your system or you can cause damage to your kidneys. The getting winded after two flights of stairs would have me at the cardiologist pronto. It was 113 over 64 If you are talking BP normal for a non-diabetic is 140/85 or less. Diabetic 130/80 or less. Better get that physical.

Couple things, but my primary would be looking at the thyroid....low thyroid hormone can cause a lot of the symptoms you have.
Diabetes is a possible, given all the sweet tea you drink (good golly man, you work out four days a week just to drink sweet tea, you realize how many calories you are putting into your body with that sugar drink?).
The worst case scenario would be congestive hear failure. We see some folks get itchiness with swelling, and extremities will swell with CHF and that goes along with the exercise intolerance. The mechanism of why you would have CHF is unknown to me without knowing you, but there are plenty to include hereditary (anyone in the family have bad hearts?), infectious (there has been a rash of CHF from viral illnesses to include covid), or sometimes rarely you can get a hypertrophic heart due to too much exercise and it can lead to CHF long term (this would be extremem to the max and I don't suspect that at all).
Kidney disease is not likely due to the amount of water that is in tea, so you are hydrating fine. The exercise intolerance is scary though, and I would definitely bring that up and really try to remember the timing of how this all has gone down and when you really started noticing it.
My bet is it is either thyroid or heart. Hopefully for you, thyroid.

Good luck seeing a Cardiologist very soon. After my recent physical my doc had me get a Calcium score last week, which came back a few points above the bottom normal number. The earliest the Cardiologist can see me is next month, and just for the first consultation. I don't know when the treadmill test is.

There's also a contrast shortage in the U.S. right now so they're not doing CT w/contrast or cardiac procedures that require contrast unless absolutely necessary.

Depending on where you got your blood work, they can send it to you as well. With acceptable ranges.
I have to Baylor Scott white app, my blood work gets in there within a day or two. I usually “self diagnose” myself before my doctor calls me.

For the record I’ve already made a doctors appointment to get blood work, done but I wanted to see what the brain trust here thinks , here’s my symptoms:
Itchy all the time Dizzy when I stand up Cardio has been steadily degrading for a few months , what I mean here is I notice getting winded much sooner in training , winded after two flights of stairs , etc.
I would say I’m in above average shape and weight is right on . I train 4 days a week . I’m terrible at drinking water, can go days without any actual water ( mostly drink sweet tea ) 50 years old . Haven’t changed eating or training habits in a very long time. Sounds like a stint. Good luck. You need to do a calcium test for your heart. Don’t mess around Biscuit……. Cardiologist

That's They can call you But They Want That Damn Office Visit Fee Yeah, I had to wait a month for mine...but was assured I'd be called in a couple of days after testing to hear my results. Fortunately, I can read bloodwork and knew what my results showed...because my doctor did not ever call me. I was already on Iron Supplements, which she told me to start taking because of my iron deficiency anemia. I retest in August, but this time I'm going to take my bloodwork a few days before my appointment. Not that it really matters at this point. I really like my PCP, but her office staff sucks!
