We have a 24,457 acre quail and dove lease available in Cochran County. The ranch is all native country with a great balance of cover and plenty of roads to access the whole ranch. There is a house located on the ranch that can sleep 12 comfortably and has central heating and air. You will have year round access to the ranch. The lease is $2/acre. so around $5K per hunter if I am calculating it right - any fishing, hogs, etc.? Do other hunters come on to hunt deer? Thanks
