Never had that one happen and would prefer not to. I've picked up lumber a couple of times out at the lease to find a black widow an inch of two from my fingers -- same thing is true with that as this, always look at what you're grabbing

Pretty good size rat snake there Sailor! It would defiantly make one jump if it dropped on ya bolt

Have a buddy that used to post on here years back who was bit twice in the hand by a copperhead. He was pulling satellite tv wire through his bushes around the house. Thought he had a branch poke him the first time and reached back in to get the wire again and POW… it nailed him again. Didn’t let go right away the second time. His fingers swelled up like hotdogs and it was a big mess!

Greg-- Yep, he was a big'un...
All, I heard was the Mocking Birds, just screaming and carrying on, something terrible.
So I went outside to see what was going on.. Watched the birds for a few minutes, and they
showed me where he was. Scared the crap outta me at first.. He was climbing the tree to
get to the Birds nest.. I kinda unwrapped him from the tree. Him stinking up the whole yard.
Not to mention, my arm which he wrapped around..
He was not happy....
I took him across the street, and set him free, in some other trees..
That was, one strong reptile.....

That copperhead was in that drawer because of the mouse/rat droppings. There is a lesson in that.

A Democracy is when two wolves and a lamb vote on the dinner menu. That is why this country was specifically not designed as a Democracy. We are a Constitutional Republic.
