I'd call J&L in Cross Plains ((254) 725-6531) or Jacoby Feed in Melvin ((325) 286-4244) and there is a cotton/grain elevator just as you come into Ballinger on the eastside of town but not sure if you could buy it from them or not.

Ended up getting fortified cotton seed at Johnson feed park in Coleman was $15 a bag and is covered in mineral I’m the only one that feeds it on my lease so I only go through 5-10 bags a month. They also carry an assortment of protein pellets
