Fried chicken nachos, with both cheddar and pepper jack cheeses. Both types of onions, beans and meat spread on tortilla bite-size chips. Fried Chicken nachos, never had it but looks pretty good especially with the combo of Pepper Jack & Cheddar cheese

Yes, I hadn't either, and usually just use rotisserie chicken from Sam's or Costco. I had two left over fried chicken breasts, so diced it up with the crunchy skin still on, to see if there was a difference in taste. Not enough to notice tho.
