Considering picking up another lease north west of mangum,ok was wondering if anyone had any insight about the area or areas nearby. Will say property does have part of the elm fork through it( which is why I’m so intrigued) and past cam pics look promising just doing my due diligence

Some decent deer. I saw a stud get hit just before granite a few years ago.
You may have a few elk wonder through also

Went and toured the place. Place needs a good drink but looked pretty good found 2 good sheds saw few deer river had water and has several thick mesquite flats between wheat fields. Guess I just picked up a 3rd lease…. Starting to get out of hand hoping to drop one next season

Be careful about the getting out of hand part. Ive had two and almost got a third once and Im glad I didnt. I understand the getting an extra one in anticipation of dropping one. I wish I could advise you on this one but I dont know the area. GOOD LUCK.

Yes sir this place will take some work to prolly looking at 14-16 sets to set up,
I’ve been trying to tour this place since January and it never worked finally got to it has the potential I think that is looking for out the other two leases were due in full back in April so was kinda forced into that aspect on taking a 3rd I do always plan to keep the one with muleys but would have let the one in Kent county go if I had the option….
