My local UPS driver (aka The Little Brown Santa Claus) refers to the beef-n-bean burritos as "fart bars".

Love me some Allsup's. Our vacations to NM and Co do not officially start until we pull into our first store where ever it is. Generally get a burrito, sausage wrap, and tamale on first stop. If you have not tried their tamales put it on your list of to do's. Last time coming back from NM we bought a case of frozen ones to snack on at home.

Their Hot Tamales and Hot Link Sandwiches are my go to there.
