Instagram, followed by a mailing list, if you're a maker. Facebook too. Tic Toc if you're into that sort of thing. You need a website but it doesn't need to be fancy. You can sell them here in the classifieds also. And post them in the Custom Knives section of Bladeforums (but not for sale, it's just for exposure that can lead to sales). And get professional pictures taken when it's justified (pretty pictures sell knives, and often end up in magazines). Also, go to some of the larger shows (Blade TX, Blade Atlanta) for several years so folks with real money remember who you are. You might not make any sales and you'll spend a lot of money, but I'm starting to understand that's not the point of going. You're playing the long game. Basically, use every avenue at your disposal to make a social connection with your buyers. Join the American Bladesmith Society if you're into that. Get your JS or MS stamp if you want to command higher prices.

If you just have some knives to sell from your collection you have a lot more options, though which would be best depends on what you're selling.

Reddit knife swap or Facebook depending on the knives.

If classic pocket knives then a Facebook group. If modern knives I like Reddit.

I've wonder about if couple old Gerbers I have would be of interest, they are from when the were made in Portland. Large folders, 1 has Jade handle the other has Agate with some golf flecks in it with factory engraving I believe and both in if I recall walnut boxes. Not carry knives but collectors and purty! Guess I need to research them and see if any desires for something like them.

Brayden (Lazy L's Southern Comfort) you will be missed! You were more than a pet you were my reason to rise and return for many days! You were my rock!

I do not , not anymore

the last 2 cost almost $3000 at cost

most folks are not willing to pay that much for knives
