Can anyone tell me the manufacturer of this corn sheller? Looking to restore it to its original condition.

Just a guess but looks like an International Harvestor model. I think the IH models had a tray shaped like that

No idea on manufacture. ( McCormick) was a popular brand. Saw these and several others like in growing up in Wisconsin, highly sought after by the Amish. When I left my n 81, everything was motorized by then. Could only find hand shellers at antique and estate sales. Personally, I would preserve it as is and store indoors to prevent any more rust damage. Real collectors item there my friend! Some had a steel buggy type seat mounted as well so operator could sit down while shelling corn!

This came from my wife’s great grandfather. It is completely seized up, so it will be quite the project.

McCormick-Deering was never a “company” itself, but the trademark name of a line of tractors and farm machinery manufactured by the International Harvester Co.

I have been though JI Case / IHC temporary Musem storage building in Racine. I do remember seeing several corn shellers in the buildings that are similar to this one. I don't know if they were JIC or IHC. These buildings were filled with both antiques after the buy out by JIC in 1984. These sheller may have been built by some outsider and marketed by both JIC/IHC. There is also the old original manufacturing building that built JIC cars and PUs with some cars from 1910, 1920s in it. Both company did a lot of marketing outside stuff such as these and refrigerators stove, freezer, forges, tools, Anything a farmer might need.

Looks like a chain drive or a pto shaft drive model. This might mean it was driven by horse wheel or a one lung engine. Most in the museum were big flat belt drive off of clutch. Contact the museum curator and send him the picture.
