I posted this previously but we have reduced the price for everything to 20K. If it does not sell in the next 2 weeks will will be selling the pieces to other lease members.

After 6 years of hunting the Pitchfork ranch my Dad and myself have decided to get off the lease to pursue other adventures. We are looking for someone to take either 1 or 2 spots along with a turnkey sale of all of our equipment.

Notes about the lease:

There are 10 lease members on 10,000 acres.
Cost is $4520.00 per year plus your portion of the camp electric bill
1 Trophy mule deer or 1 trophy Whitetail not both. Approved culls as tags allow. All the hogs and varmints you want.

NEED TO BE A MANAGMENT MINDED HUNTER COMMITTED TO TAKING MULE DEER 6.5 YEARS AND OLDER AND WHITETAIL 4.5 YEARS AND OLDER.

Notes on the turnkey equipment sale.
2014 Keystone Cougar Model 31SQB Travel Trailer
3-1000 pound feeders
1 500 pound feeder
2 Little Buck Ranch King Blinds
2014 Polaris Ranger 570
These are the main things but there is a bunch of small items as well. Everythigns from crock pots, sleeping bags, water catchment system ect. An exhaustive list can be provided on request.

We are asking 30K for the setup. This is significantly less than what we have in it. I am not interested in selling the pieces at this time.

This would be a great opportunity to get on a lease with very little up front work.

For further information you can text me on my cell at 806-500-8850. Serious inquiries only please. The lease would start August 1st 2022

You have any guarantee for lease in years to come. What I mean is how long is the current least. "year to year, 5 year, 10 year" ect.

sounds like a good opportunity for someone!!!

If you decide to sell stuff separately, I might be interested in the Keystone trailer

Yup. His original asking price of $30k was fair, $20k is a very good deal. I just sold my 2013 Ranger 500 for $10,500. Those 2 blinds are close to $3k each new, throw in the 4 feeders and camper, it’s well worth $20k.

That seems like a really good deal for the equipment, was good deal at 30k. The severe drought we have out here makes the actual lease a different story. I just don’t see how it doesn’t effect existing deer populations and certainly fawn production this spring. The deer are starting to look pretty poor unfortunately. Need rain bad.

Lack of rain certainly hurts but it seems the deer always find a way.
Hopefully anyone investing in the equipment and wanting to hunt that country would be looking long term and it will eventually rain.
If I wasn’t in love with my lease I would be seriously looking at this.
