Got us started at least. Deboned, sitting in the marinade with olive oil, garlic, lemon, chives, mint, sumac and s&p. Tomorrow, I will add rosemary, roll up and wrap in butcher twine, then sous vide at 127 for 4-6hrs. Then sear in the broiler for 5-10min. Looks excellent. I've never had lamb in my life. Been wanting to try it but man from what I've seen they are dang proud of it.
