When she did this morning, my answer was "You bet sweetheart!!" Nope, not missing, just whole tomatoes and hot hot sauce, that I made, for use on bland stuff like beans or rice.
1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes
½ red onion roughly chopped
1 bunch cilantro roughly chopped
1-2 jalapeno peppers, roughly chopped
1-2 habanero pepper, roughly chopped
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste
Heat on burner, bring to a boil, and reduce to simmer for 5 minutes.
Strain all solids and transfer to serving bottles. Keep refrigerated.
Beer and whiskey, 'cause you can't drink bacon!!
