Very nice!
You can walk up to the butcher and tell them you want more than what’s in the bin, I had them cut me a 4 and a 6!bone the other day.

I bought 2 5-6lb choice roasts at Kroger for Easter sale today. Likely make steaks from one and might keep other whole for prime rib at some point. Easter weekend just too busy to get that done.
