Been staring at this big ole Texas onion for a week, wondering what to do with it. Tonight's the night!! Cut it in half, and scooped out the inner rings. Had a little burger, and mixed with chopped onions, jalepenos, cheese, garlic, bacon bits, bread crumbs and an egg. Baked at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Last nights mustard sauce was great on it! Yeah baby!!! Beer and whiskey, 'cause you can't drink bacon!!
