There is no scientific evidence that local honey is anything more than a sweet placebo for allergy sufferers. There have been multiple studies that show this and almost any allergist will tell the same thing.

I have chronic allergies and took allergy shot for over 5 years with marginal results. I finally had my allergist give me the allergen test again after seeing no difference. There was little to no improvement whatsoever compared to my initial allergen test, so I quit the shots.

What works for me is a daily routine of Neilmed nasal rinse in the morning and evening, 2 sprays per nostril daily fluticasone propionate (generic Flonase) from Costo, and daily generic Zyrtec from Costco. The saline nasal spray is really good at flushing out all of the crap in the air that accumulates in your nasal passages and sinuses.

Allergens must no doubt be released in those chem trails. Has to be a big pharma conspiracy.

To be determined

My right nostril has been stopped up since the first week in November. I've tried 9 different meds all to no avail...about ready to break down and go to the Dr. Normally a shot will kick it if I can't, just hate going to the Dr.

You tried rinsing your sinuses? Neti pot?

I never have, but I've been thinking about trying it.

SamsClub generic Zyrtec has been a life-saver for me - works great, just gotta start taking it before the season's symptoms kick in.
only $16 for 400 tables - https://www.samsclub.com/p/mm-cetirizine-400ct/prod17030287

I have not...any nasal spray makes me get that drowning feeling, I cannot imagine how I'd feel doing the rinse...but I'm not far from trying it. Everyone, including my wife, swears by the Neti.

Went to a family gathering Saturday and a Brother-inlaw told me about this spray he got at I think Sams and how kick azz it is.
Said he was miserable and after day 3 he was good to go, he bought like a 5 pack and gave me a bottle.

I rarely go to the doctor and very seldom take any kind of pills, maybe an Ibuprofen if I over did it bad.
My allergies were bad enough to where I let my wife talk me into taking 3 pills and a nose spray to no avail.

Against my wannabee doctor wifes advice I did the BIL nasal spray this am and in not time I was feeling a hell of a lot better.
To give you an idea how much better I felt I finally mowed the yard about 2 hours ago and I still feel good.

This is working big time.

I don't usually get allergies, but something in the air has been kicking my behind the last 3 days.
