I used my Costco cash back to get me a prime brisket. So I paired it with some homemade hand cut fries. Was it smoked on pellet smoker or stick burner?

Was it smoked on pellet smoker or stick burner? The sauce was for the fries no need to worry about that. Stick burner using post oak.

I`ve been wanting to fire up my offset for a while and smoke a brisket and some butts. Way to many fires close to me in the last month though. Hopefully the winds will lay down and things will green up enough in the next week or 2.
