Hi, I'm a solo guy looking for a year-round deer lease for myself and my elementary-aged son and maybe a middle-school daughter at times. I'd prefer a management minded, family-friendly place with hogs and turkeys as well if possible. I'm in Houston, and willing to drive up to 4 hours or so for the right place. I don't have a camper, so any onsite lodging is a plus but not a deal breaker if unavailable. Please PM with any opportunities. Thanks!
