Hey y'all. I live in DFW but have land, 120 acres or so, around McAlester area. Been looking to shoot pigs around here, whether private or public land. Happy to trade access to my land if we can work a deal out. Can anyone point me either to a good place to hunt or an access swap?

Happy hunting

welcome ta texasHF...

If ya got a creek running threw, hogs travel it...
Had a deer food plot & corn feeder next ta creek
just soutg of house.. Hogs were seen on video cam's.
had 4 cams set up, had built a lean ladder placed @ edge of trrees
Shots were roughly 25-30yrds...

For WMA's OSBWMA twas my tagoto place...
After deer season Jan-end March any legal means.
Think it closed now, chech the public land hunts below...
Think ya can hunt hogs with archery year round..
Check rules ta make sure...

Bestvwish's.

Great, thanks Colt. I'll give OSB a shot, I've read some good things about it.

Pretty much all the lakes around here have corp of engineers land you can get a free permit to hunt. We have chased them on corp land around Lake Grapevine and Lake Lewisville and trust me there are plenty of hogs.

Perfect. I was on their site, it looked like it was only hunting season first few months of the year on that land.

Haha I hear that! I have a few night rigs that I like, so that part doesn't bother me too much. Always happy to kill some hogs for you, if needed Dave.
