Tired of marinara all the time, and had an open heavy cream in the fridge from another project. Bolognese is almost a stand-alone meal by itself and creamy tomato sauce is great!! 80/20 ground beef. pancetta, carrots, celery, garlic. onions, wine, tomato sauce and a little Ragu. I made a couple tiny meatballs for dinner for each of us also, knowing that the leftovers were headed for Tupperware, and it wouldn't matter.
