Great timing. Not really a great pizza story though. We ordered from a rural restaurant / beer joint / eatery that also makes pretty good pizza (sometimes). It`s the only food picture they ever put on their FB page. Had to drive 35 mile roundtrip to pick it up. Ordered their large supreme (27 bucks), but changed it up a little bit. Person repeated back to my wife over the phone 2 times correctly. Good to go. LOL. Said it would be 35 minutes. No problem because they are pretty busy sometimes. Pull up and only one car in parking lot though. Not busy. Get pizza and drive back home.( Note to self: open pizza before driving home from now on.) It was the most screwed up pizza I had ever seen. Barely one meat when it should have been three. Peppers on it that were told to cut and other ingredients missing completely. There were probably enough green olives on it for three pizzas of that size (WTF). Last time I called and complained about a takeout order was over 25 years ago and we still can`t go back to Taco Bell because of it. LOL. I did call though and told the owner that they had one car in their parking lot and no reason to screw up my order and a few other things. Not one of my best moments I will admit. My wife said I went Will Smith on them. LOL. I told them I didn`t want a refund, a new pizza or anything at this point, I just wanted to complain and hung up. SMH. I did get a notification from Discover yesterday that I had a 27 dollar credit though.

Grimaldi's Pizzeria In Highland Village is the real deal. Coal fired brick oven. Their Calzones are great too.

Domenica in New Orleans, best pizza I've ever had hands down. Haven't had anything in DFW that holds a candle to it.

The location in McKinney is anti-gun and anti-police. Pass.

Don’t look like much and that’s what I always thought of “New York” style thin crust. But this is our 2nd visit in less than two weeks and we are both addicted. Grimaldis like mentioned before is no joke. Actually one of the best pizzas I’ve had and it’s just mozz and ricotta. It’s VERY good. Must try stuff

My son and I tried it. Too trendy for this guy. I got the lunch special ( small pizza and salad). My son got an individual pizza. $50 is a bit steep for a pizza lunch.

It’s time to bring you up to Pizza heaven!!!!!

This is where Gods go. Only mortals settle for one kind of pizza!!! Next time you are in DFW I’m taking You, Russ, Judd and Ramsey. And we will make Ramsey pay

Delucca Gaucho Pizza, Southlake

Although I’m not real sure if it’s real safe to take a world renowned cougar hunter such as your self to Southlake. Those cougars can smell fresh meat from miles away roflmao
