The best OTF without question is from G&G Hawk. The best at a reasonable price is usually regarded as Microtech or Guardian Tactical though Hogue and Heretic would be good options too.
For out the side autos Protech is probably the leader as that's more of what they specialize in. Microtech makes a few that are great as well. I know Hogue and Heretic make them as well. Kershaw makes some good cheaper options in their launch series.
