A friend from work invited me to go on a hunting this coming fall for deer in land near Sulpher River WMA Fouke, Ark. Anyone in this forum familiar with this area as this will be a first time for me.

Lafayette and Miller counties have some really, really big deer. That's big time farming area so lots of crops for deer to eat.

Several of my best friends live and hunt in that area and have killed a bunch of 160"-200" deer.

Oh yes we are hunting private lands next the WMA area and was told the deer are good size plus good fishing.

If I hear a banjo I would get my guitar and do a music battle.

Fouke, Ark is about 15-18 miles south of Texarkana, Ark on Hwy 71 toward Shreveport. La. In SW corner of Ark.

Nice friend and good area for deer hunting and ducks. Lots of opportunity and you may get a chance to be famous with the Fouke Monster

Use to camp down there during the height of the hype. My Dad was the State Police Sgt in Miller County and got called out during the hippie attack.
