and got my release papers from my shoulder surgery. Have two more PT sessions and I am good to go on about anything I want to do. Still have to do some exercises at home but am glad that it is now over. It has been a long eight months but am happy with the results and am looking forward to doing things I have not been able to do.

The recovery sucks but man shoulder surgery is a game changer once youre done with recovery. Congrats!

Had several shoulder surgeries. Never knew a 8” yellow rubber band and the finger wall climbing exercises could whoop a grown man’s butt!! Glad you’re finally done with it.

Yep, that and doing the curls with the 1# pink dumbbell laying on your side. So glad you are thru with them, still take it easy and don't overdo it.
