Seasoned for 24 hours, warmed up to room temp., and now taking a 4 hour nap on the grill. Basting every 30 minutes with butter, Worcestershire, brisket rub, S&P, and garlic. Think it will be edible??

Wide and flat shape cooked a little quicker than I expected. 3.5 hours at 250, and then I pulled it at 129 degrees internal, and had to rest it for 45 minutes, instead of 30 until time to eat. Split it right on the median between top and cap, so I could see the grain. Then carved across it!

Fresh grilled squash and asparagus, plus white sweet potatoes. Melt in your mouth and fork tender!!

With horseradish, it was as good as any prime rib.

No grill marks necessary.

Dang that looks heavenly! Sirloin is one of my favorites also (flavor).
Exactly how I'd do it (low&slow) - gonna have to do one soon!
Veggies look great too - love'em grilled like that!
