Seasoned for 24 hours, warmed up to room temp., and now taking a 4 hour nap on the grill. Basting every 30 minutes with butter, Worcestershire, brisket rub, S&P, and garlic. Dang that looks heavenly! Sirloin is one of my favorites also (flavor). Exactly how I'd do it (low&slow) - gonna have to do one soon! Veggies look great too - love'em grilled like that! Thx for posting!

Thanks guys, it was delicious. Put half away in a vacuum pack and the girls polished off the slices tonight , before I got home!!
