If you try to sell anything these days your going to get plenty of whack jobs wasting your time so I’m not sure which one has the fewest. I just sold 2 Rangers in less than a week after having my daughter post them to the local market place on Facebook so that would be my first choice.

agree ... my wife lists all sorts of stuff on the local Facebook Market with good results. I have looked at a couple of SxS I found there also. As stated above, there are whack jobs out there ... list as much information about the unit, load various angle pictures (pro's and con's) and sit back and get ready to start answering lots of messages. I usually put a statement on my ad that if it is still listed, it is still available and your message will be ignored if you ask question(s) that have already been answered in the ad.

also the For Sale area here on THF would possibly find you a buyer as well.

Facebook is my go to for selling things locally. I have bought and sold things from as cheap as $20 to as high as 85k with no issues. I like that I can see the profile of anyone that inquires about something before I decide to respond. If it looks suspicious or they look like a gang banger or something I don’t reply.

Agree with all who said Facebook Marketplace. Why pay someone for consignment? Along with tons of other stuff, I bought my Ranger off of there and sold a vehicle on there. Very easy, clean transactions. List all of the details (item description, price, location, etc) and post lots of pictures. The worst listings are the ones with one picture and no description of the item.

or they state they are saling (yes, not selling) for their xxx (brother/sister/aunt/uncle/father/etc.) and to contact them directly and list a gmail email address as the contact point

My in-laws live off a major highway in the area can’t count how many cars trailers boats rv’s etc they have sold. Sign with a phone number most of them go in 2 weeks or less.

If you’re afraid of shady people maybe find an off duty fireman to run security during the transaction
